About VEYRA
Mobility built around a fair fee.
VEYRA exists because platform commissions kept climbing while driver take-home pay didn't. A finite weekly fee changes that math — for drivers, and for the riders who benefit from lower fares.
Mission
Move fairly — for everyone in the car.
Drivers keep more of what they earn. Riders see exactly what they're paying for. Business customers get transparent, professional travel.
Solo founder, zero payroll
VEYRA is run as a deliberately lean, founder-led business. Keeping the operation small is what lets the fee stay finite.
Radical transparency
Gross fare shown upfront, a running fee ledger, and a net-profit view — for drivers and riders alike. No hidden tabs.
One economic engine
The same integer-precision fee calculation runs in the app and on the server, checked against a shared set of test vectors.
Say only what's true
Planned features are labelled planned. Examples are labelled examples. BankID verification is on the roadmap, and this site never pretends otherwise.

The Lean Business Model Canvas
Execution edition — every block of the business on one screen.

- Hostinger / AWS — cloud infrastructure
- Verification APIs — licence & background checks
Planned or in discussion — not yet live integrations.
What we do daily
- Automated dispatch — proximity matching engine
- Driver onboarding — self-serve F-skatt portal
- Rider acquisition — backseat harvesting, B2B sales
- Support — AI chatbot plus founder escalation
- Market monitoring — tracking prevailing fare levels
What we own
- The Ledger Engine — tracks 10%, stops at 600 SEK
- Founder network — 25+ drivers, 100+ riders
- Market evidence — receipts showing 18–29.6% commission cuts
Drivers: the math
- 10% access fee, capped 600 SEK/week — then 0%
- ≈30 SEK net on a 226 SEK ride, illustrative
- No idle or dispatch fee — never pay to decline
Riders
- Designed to be cheaper per ride
- Planned BankID verification for both seats
- Targeting fast pickups in launch corridors
How we serve
- Fully automated app — booking, payment, receipts
- Radical transparency — gross fare on the main screen
- Net Profit Dashboard — fuel, tax and net per ride
- Self-service — zero paperwork
How we grow
- Backseat harvesting — QR flyers in cars
- Referral — one week free per driver introduced
- App stores — iOS and Android
- B2B visits — direct corporate sales
Supply — drivers
- Full-time: 30–40+ trips/week, reaches the cap
- Part-time: 10–20 trips/week, pays 10%
- Status: self-employed (F-skatt)
Demand — riders
- Budget commuters
- Business class corporate travel
- Premium and airport travel
≈12,800–14,800 SEK / month, all in
- Cloud (Hostinger/AWS) — ~400 SEK
- BankID reseller — ~10,100 SEK
- Payment processing — ~2,250 SEK
- Background checks — ~0 recurring, one-time ~5,000 SEK
- White-label SaaS (optional) — ~2,000 SEK
How the platform earns
- Primary — platform access fee: 10% of gross fare, deducted per trip, stopping at 600 SEK per driver per week. A 226 SEK fare earns 22.60 SEK.
- Secondary — in-app advertising: 100% of ad revenue is passed back to drivers to lower their effective cap burden. Not part of the initial MVP.
Execution rulebook
A solo founder's plan, down to the hour.
The honest answer to “how will you actually do this?” — no payroll, no office, no hand-waving.
Keep the engine honest
- 15 minutes: monitor automated dispatch logs and clear any failed matches.
- 2 hours: drive real shifts and harvest new rider contacts — the cheapest acquisition channel in the plan.
Grow the fleet
- Onboard new drivers through the self-service F-skatt portal.
- Send a net-profit breakdown so every driver sees exactly what the cap saved them that week.
Tune the economics
- Review the 600 SEK cap: if drivers reach it by midweek, evaluate the threshold.
- Audit prevailing fares and keep rider pricing competitive in the launch corridors.
